Herculean Effort

Because we care about safe food

Detwiler Consulting Group, LLC, supports food industry firms in their efforts to align all employees' roles with policies and protocols for compliance. Even with the most well-written mission statements, companies' and their food products are only as safe as their weakest team member.

For over 20 years, corporate, government, academic, international, and local audiences have gained not only insight into what is going on with changes in policy, but, more importantly, the 'why' behind the policies. We believe in mitigating risk to help prevent the heartbreak and cost of having to respond to an outbreak.
